The Sensor/Wireless Node attaches to the motor to collect information and sends the data wirelessly to the Gateway. The Sensor/Wireless Node can be powered by battery or main power. Currently the Machsensor Systems supports a 3-Axis Accelerometer for Vibration monitoring. Temperature and Power Monitoring coming soon.
The Gateway collects the information from the Sensor/Wireless Nodes and sends it to the cloud. This enables the user to view the data anytime from anywhere. The Gateway can connect to multiple Sensor/Wireless Nodes in the plant. The Gateway in turn connects to the router in the plant to send the data to the cloud.
The user Interface lets the user login and view the health of the motors in the system. The user can view the trend of the vibration data over time. The system allows setting alarms. An alarm will be generated by email or SMS to the user alerting the user of potential problems. Currently the user interface is thru a Web Brower.
